Thanks to the efforts of Stuarts’ Petroleum, and the 34th Street Mobil, Rosedale Middle School has been awarded 1 of 3,500 Educational Alliance $500 grants presented nationwide. 34th Street Mobil is proud to participate in the ExxonMobil Educational Alliance program that invests in the future of communities through educational grants to neighborhood schools. The ExxonMobil Corporation is also proud to support education through Upromise, which helps ExxonMobil customers earn college funds. Beginning this year the Rosedale Union School District will be on a 2 hour fog delay schedule. This means that morning bus routes and school start times will be delayed by 2 hours. R.M.S. will begin school at 10:25 and dismissal will be at 3:00 on all fog delay days. As always, tune into local radio and television stations for fog postings, or visit the fog alert hotline at, http://alertline.kern.org/.
Way to go RMS, your second quarter grades rocked! 19% of 7th graders, and 14% of 8th graders had straight A's on their report card! 42% of 7th and 46% of 8th earned Honor Roll!
