Principal's Message

Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year!

It is exciting to be welcoming students back to campus after what was hopefully a restful summer. Our district theme for this year is "Inspire" and that's exactly what we plan to do! Here at Rosedale North, we have a school-wide focus on structured collaborative conversations that permeates all aspects of student learning. We are excited to be bringing back our weekly Taco 'bout it Tuesday's where students discuss different topics and work to explain what they think to others. This has been an effective academic endeavor that our students really look forward to each week and something I urge all parents to ask their students about and engage in your own collaborative conversations at home.

We have a truly amazing staff here at Rosedale North. Every person; from teachers to bus drivers, aides, and our custodians plays a huge role in our student's continued success. I find all members of our staff to be extremely student-centered, professional, and committed to helping every child reach their highest potential. The best part of my day as a Principal is getting to visit classrooms, talk with students, and watch the interactions between teachers and students. As things slowly return to normal we look forward to partnering with parents as helpers in the classroom and hopefully we can bring back more of our night events. We look forward to seeing you this year and invite you to participate in all we have to offer. Thank you for your support, and we are excited for yet another fantastic, successful school year!

Sincerely,

Robert A Sanchez
