Centennial PTC will be hosting our annual Trunk or Treat on Thursday October 29th from 6:00pm-7:00pm.
We can't wait to see all of our families for a night of spooky fun! Please take a quick moment to register your family below so we can keep check-in smooth and safe for everyone. This year, to keep the event more secure, it will be held on campus with a check-in table at the entrance.
***Only those who have completed this form are allowed to attend the event. Please make sure to pre-register for this event below!***
